Booking and Payment

All sessions are booked in advance through the online booking system or by prior arrangement.

• The complimentary Alignment Conversation is offered at no charge.

• 1:1 Harmonic Healing sessions are NZ$169 per hour.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Payments are processed securely through the booking platform.

• International clients are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees applied by their payment provider.

Your appointment is confirmed once the booking process and, where applicable, payment have been completed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

I understand that circumstances can change, and I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend, may result in the full session fee being retained.

• If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact me directly so we can discuss an appropriate arrangement.

The complimentary Alignment Conversation can also be rescheduled or cancelled. I simply ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

If I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund, as appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Online Sessions

Online Harmonic Healing sessions are conducted via Google Meet.

• A meeting link will be provided in your booking confirmation.

• Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space where you can participate without interruption.

• It is your responsibility to ensure you can access the meeting at the scheduled time.

• If technical difficulties occur, we will make reasonable efforts to reconnect or arrange an alternative time.

In-Person Sessions

In-person Harmonic Healing sessions are offered in St Clair, Dunedin, New Zealand, on selected appointment dates.

• The appointment location and arrival information will be provided following confirmation of your booking.

• Please arrive at the agreed time.

• Sessions are conducted fully clothed, and any physical contact will be approached with care and respect for your comfort and consent.

• You are welcome to communicate any preferences, concerns or physical considerations before or during your session.

• You may decline any form of touch or request that it stop at any time.

The Nature of Harmonic Healing

Harmonic Healing is a complementary, frequency-based practice incorporating harmonic guidance, conscious exploration and frequency-based practices.

Each session is a co-created experience. Individual experiences and responses will vary.

Harmonic Healing is not a medical or psychological treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical or mental health condition. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

You remain responsible for your own health, wellbeing and decisions. Please continue to seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where needed.

No particular outcome or result is promised or guaranteed.

Personal Responsibility and Consent

Your participation in a session is voluntary. You are encouraged to communicate openly about your comfort, boundaries and any relevant considerations that may affect your experience.

You may pause or end a session at any time.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices and for how you integrate any guidance or experiences arising from the session.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your personal information and the details shared during sessions will be treated with respect and kept confidential, subject to any legal obligations or circumstances where disclosure is required by law.

Your information will only be used for purposes associated with providing and administering your bookings, and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Sessions will not be recorded or shared without your express permission.
