Light frequency is the language I use to describe the highest frequencies of consciousness I am able to access and attune to.

As a Light Frequency Channel, I enter into these fields of consciousness and receive guidance, information and frequency for myself and, when invited, for others.

I experience this communication vibrationally through my body and translate what I receive into different forms — through written words, Light Language, multidimensional art, energetic expression and harmonic guidance.

For me, channelling is therefore not simply about receiving words or messages. It is an embodied relationship with frequency. I feel it, experience it and allow it to move through me into form.

This is the foundation of how I create and how I work with the light frequencies and fields that have revealed themselves to me, including Aish’Ka, the 9th Harmonic and Eisha’Lara-Na’Va’El.

Harmonic Healing is the way I describe working with frequency, vibration, sound, intention and energetic awareness to support greater harmony within ourselves.

At the heart of my work is a simple understanding.

Frequency is the architecture.
Resonance is the relationship.
Vibration is the experience.

We are each living, dynamic systems with patterns and rhythms of our own. When we encounter sound, colour, geometry, imagery, intention or another frequency, a relationship occurs.

Harmonic Healing does not seek to impose a particular state upon you. It invites you to notice what resonates, what shifts, what softens and what your own inner knowing reveals.

The intention is always to support your own sovereignty, awareness and natural movement towards balance.

There is no predetermined pathway.

We begin with you.

As I enter the frequency field of Eisha’Lara-Na’Va’El, I listen to and translate what arises. This may include channelled guidance, Light Language, energetic or frequency work, imagery, multidimensional information or guidance connected with higher frequencies of your being.

Together, we explore what is present within your experience and where there may be an opportunity for greater awareness, release, expansion or remembrance.

The intention is not to tell you who to become.

It is to support you in remembering more deeply who you already are.

My role is not to create dependency upon me or the work.

It is to meet you where you are, illuminate what may be ready to be seen and offer frequencies, perspectives and practices that support you as you continue your journey.

Your experience of it remains entirely your own.

Everything around us has its own natural patterns and rhythms, including sound, light, colour and our own bodies.

I use the word frequency to describe the underlying pattern.

Vibration is how that pattern moves or is experienced.

And resonance is what happens when we encounter something and feel a response to it.

You may already recognise resonance in everyday life. A piece of music might calm you, a colour might lift your mood, a place might make you feel peaceful or a piece of art might affect you without you knowing why.

I approach my work in much the same way.

The art, sound and other transmissions I create offer something for you to experience. You do not need to understand the frequency or analyse what is happening.

Simply notice how you feel and what, if anything, resonates with you.

I use the word transmission to describe a creative work that has been received and expressed through intentional relationship with frequency.

A transmission may emerge as multidimensional art, sacred geometry, a glyph, written words, Light Language, sound or a combination of these forms.

Rather than creating solely from a predetermined visual or intellectual idea, I listen, sense and allow the work to reveal its own structure.

Once created, the transmission becomes something you can encounter in your own way.

You are not asked to interpret it as I do.

You are invited to notice what it awakens in you.

My multidimensional art is created as a visual expression of frequency.

Colour, geometry, light, pattern, symbolism and intuitive imagery become ways of giving visible form to something I initially experience more subtly.

Some pieces arise through planetary or harmonic fields. Others emerge through themes such as healing, self-love, remembrance, Earth connection or expanded consciousness.

You may choose to experience a piece simply as artwork.

Or you may sit with it contemplatively, meditate with it, place it within a personal or healing space, work with its accompanying invocation or practices, or allow your own relationship with it to develop over time.

There is no single correct way to receive the work.

For me, Light Language is a form of intuitive vocal expression through sound, tone, rhythm, breath and vibration.

It is not a language I learned intellectually and I do not experience it as something requiring literal translation.

Instead, I experience it as frequency expressed through the voice.

You do not need to understand the sounds.

If you choose to listen, I encourage you to do so without trying to analyse it. Notice instead how your body responds. You might experience emotion, stillness, warmth, movement, imagery or nothing noticeable at all.

Your experience is your own, and nothing needs to happen for the listening to be meaningful.

Aish’Ka, the 9th Harmonic and Eisha’Lara-Na’Va’El are distinct but interconnected fields of consciousness and frequency within my work.

Aish’Ka is a harmonic field of remembrance and the foundational healing intelligence behind the Aish’Ka Codex, Harmonic Healing Cards and much of my Harmonic Healing practice. Through Aish’Ka, I work with planetary systems of frequency, Light Codes and guidance that support remembrance, self-awareness, compassion, forgiveness and a return to inner harmony.

The 9th Harmonic is a harmonic field of renewal through which I work with frequency, vibration, sound, Light Language and embodiment. It supports the movement from receiving or remembering a frequency into experiencing and living it within the physical body and everyday life.

Eisha’Lara-Na’Va’El is my Source architecture beyond this physical expression and the consciousness through which I channel. Through our relationship, frequency is translated into form — through multidimensional art, geometry, Light Language, words, glyphs, codex transmissions and harmonic guidance. As this relationship continues to deepen, it is becoming increasingly central to the work I am here to create and share.

Although I experience these fields in different ways, they are not separate from one another. Together they form part of the wider architecture through which my work continues to unfold.

These descriptions arise from my own lived, channelled and creative experience. You do not need to share my understanding of them in order to encounter the work, experience what is offered, or discover what resonates for you.

The Portal of Nine - A Living Codex Revealed in Time is an unfolding body of work being created across a nine-year arc.

It brings together many of the expressions within my practice. Multidimensional art, channelled writing,Light Language, sound, harmonic guidance, sacred geometry and contemplative practice.

Rather than being a completed course or programme, the Portal is being revealed as I receive and create it.

Each transmission becomes part of an expanding living archive.

There is no requirement to begin at the beginning or keep pace with its unfolding.

You are invited to enter where something calls to you.

Begin at The Threshold.

The Threshold is freely available and was created specifically as an entry point into the Portal.

Spend some time there. Explore the art. Read the words. Listen where you feel called.

There is no need to understand everything or move through it in a particular order.

If you discover that you would like to continue exploring the transmissions as the Portal unfolds, you may then choose to become a steward.

Throughout this work I use stewardship to describe reciprocal relationship.

Rather than simply purchasing or consuming something, stewardship acknowledges that a relationship has formed between you and a particular piece or an evolving body of work.

You may become the steward of an individual art transmission, receiving the high-resolution artwork and its accompanying guidance.

Or you may become a steward of the Portal of Nine, supporting its continued creation while receiving access to the growing archive of transmissions, Light Language, writings and practices.

There is no expectation to keep pace.

Stewardship simply allows the relationship to deepen if and when you feel called.

Gently.

There is no prescribed way to experience the art.

You might begin simply by looking.

Notice where your eyes are drawn. Notice colours, shapes or areas of the image that seem to hold your attention. Notice anything you feel within your body or emotions without needing to explain it.

If you become a steward of a transmission, you will also receive guidance for printing and physical integration together with a PDF containing the essence of the piece, an invocation and suggested ways of working with it.

These are invitations rather than instructions.

I create commissioned harmonic transmissions for individuals and for professional, therapeutic and healing spaces.

Each commission begins with a conversation about your intention and what you are seeking to support, explore, heal, remember or anchor.

I then enter the creative process without predetermining what the finished work should look like, allowing its imagery, colour, geometry and frequency architecture to emerge.

I also create Harmonic Frequency Glyphs accompanied by a personal Light Language recording.

Every commission is held privately and is never shared publicly without your permission.

My art, transmissions, Light Language and harmonic practices are offered as creative, spiritual and contemplative forms of support.

They are not intended to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions and should not replace appropriate professional healthcare.

I encourage you always to honour your own wellbeing, discernment and personal circumstances when engaging with any energetic or spiritual practice.

Then nothing has gone wrong.

There is no response you are supposed to have.

Sometimes resonance is immediate. Sometimes something quietly remains with us and becomes meaningful later. Sometimes a particular piece simply does not speak to us.

I believe strongly in allowing that freedom.

You do not need to manufacture an experience or search for meaning.

What resonates will remain.
What does not may simply pass gently by.
